Delivery Information
Most Mainland UK orders are delivered free on orders over £55 the majority of deliveries are by courier. The courier company normally requires a signature upon delivery however some items can be left with neighbours or a secure location if available. Alternatively we are able to deliver items to work addresses etc. Deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

Items in stock will be delivered to the Mainland UK normally within 4 – 5 working days. For other areas delivery times will be extended.
When we receive your order an email will be sent confirming that we have received your order.
Areas
Our Carriage Charges are grouped by delivery Area (Areas 1-4):
Area 1 – For orders up to £55 delivery is £5.00 – Over £55 Free Delivery
Area 1 includes England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Islands of Scotland.
Area 2 - £15.00
Area 2 includes Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Sciliy Isles, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands including HS postcode.
Zone 3 - £25.00
Area 3 includes Mainland Europe. Excludes Bosnia-Herzegovia, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Malta.
Sample - £1.50
If you wish to purchase 1 pillowcase to check the colour or the design then when checking out select the Sample £1.50 option. This option can only be used for orders for 1 pillowcase. The pillowcase will be sent through Royal Mail and should arrive in approximately 10 working days.
